Nutrition Library Founder
I fell in love with the art and science of nutrition when I was in high school which lead me to university where I studied nutrition and eventually earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Food Science.
My interest in nutrition was originally sparked by a desire to maximize my performance in athletics, but has now shifted into hormone optimization, cognitive optimization, as well as longevity.
Nutrition Library is the culmination of all my years of study inside and outside of the classroom. My hope is that Nutrition Library would be an invaluable resource to help you reach your health and wellness goals.
Why Nutrition Library?
Supplementation is a very confusing topic for most people, partly because it is so heavily marketed. When thinking about supplementation, most people fall into one of two categories. The first category is people that overemphasize the role of supplementation in their diet and lifestyle. This is not good. The second category of people are those that completely discount the effectiveness supplements. This is also not good.
At nutrition Library, I try my best to help you cut through the hype and marketing of the supplement industry so that you can learn how to properly implement a healthy and life giving supplement regimen.
